Silver Spring, MD was rated#1 in Maryland and #17 of the Top 100 cities in the Nation!
(I sure hope we don't get disqualified when they figure out Silver Spring is not a real city) SHHHHH!

We have the most mass transit users anywhere in the state and a low number of cars per household helped Silver Spring rank #1 in Maryland
