It's interesting that the average selling price of the unsold homes is lower than that of the sold ones!  Maybe the unsolds were just ugly or smelled like cats?  And nice photos!

Beatiful listings in a beautiful and convenient neighborhood.  I'm betting that the unsolds have more to do with condition than price?
