Debbie.  I love this. I love Quaint Acres.  I know one family who lives there and I sold a home to their son and his family in Crofton.

The parents complained all the way through the process because they thought their son should buy something on acreage, like Quaint Acres.  All the father could talk about was large yard, trees, lots of outdoors for the children.

The buyers wanted new and in the $450,000 price range, they weren't going to get anything like Quaint Acres.

It's a lovely community.

Hi Debbie,

Are there lots availables in that SD or is the area built up already?

There are probably some lots left in the subdivision (like an extra lot someone bought when they built a house in this subdivision years ago)  I haven't seen a lot for sale in there for many many years though.

Debbie, you need to know that Quaint Acres is my favorite Champaign Taste - Beer Budget neighborhood.  Although, lately it is becoming a Beer Taste - Champaign Budget sort of place.
